Before and After

Like all photographers today Meece Digital Media wants to offer the best possible photos to our clients. In order for us to accomplish this we use state of the art equipment along with photo editing software such as photoshop, fireworks, and lightroom.

As many of you know today this software has changed the way we view photos. As we all know what you see is not always what you get. For instance when you walk by a magazine stand and see the cover of Cosmo, Seventeen, or even Playboy, it is a known fact that these images have been edited in some way.

We at Meece Digital Media believe that you are beautiful by yourself but to achieve the look you are aiming for it is necessary to use such photo editing software. We want your friends and family to see your pictures and still know it is you

Sample 1

In this first sample you can see we took the model and merely lightened the background and added contrast to the skin. This is a very minor touch-up and is standard we look for in general portfolio work.

Sample 2

In this sample we have used photoshop to desatruat (remove color) in the skin of this model adding attention the the models undergarments. Also, after taking the pictures we decided to add more heart candy, did you notice that?

Sample 3

This is a great example of what we compete with every drag race we attend. Tire smoke can create a major issue with our pictures, along with uncentered pictures. Luckly with the right software and knowledge this issues are just a click away from prefection.

Sample 4

In this image we love the picture but felt the shot need to be closer to the car. The image has be cropped and resized to bring the car in the right lane in more contrast.

Sample 5


This is a great sunset picture taken across the intercoastal waterway in southern North Carolina. The industrial plants in the background we felt took way the natural beauty of the picture. Also, there has been a hint of shadowing added in reflected corners between the top left and bottom right.
